Which iPhones support eSIM?
All iPhones from the iPhone XS (2018) onwards support eSIM. From iPhone 12 onwards, most models support dual-eSIM (two active eSIMs simultaneously). The US variants of iPhone 14 and later are eSIM-only — they have no physical SIM tray at all, making them ideal for frequent travelers.
Which Samsung phones support eSIM?
Samsung added eSIM to the Galaxy S20 series (2020), but availability was inconsistent — many US carrier-branded models omitted it. From the Galaxy S22 onwards, eSIM is reliably available on unlocked models in most markets. Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip series have supported eSIM since the Z Fold 2 (2020). Always verify your specific variant before purchasing an eSIM plan.
